We ship from Norway. Orders delivered within Norway are duty free. For international orders, please note that local customs duties, fees and taxes may apply. All international orders placed with us are processed and shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days. All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees and local taxes required by the destination country to release the shipment. These costs are not included in the total price at checkout and are not covered by Moniker. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they will be. You can return goods in the following ways:

By delivering the item(s) directly to the store in Oslo.
Log in to your profile, view your orders and select the order you want to return by clicking "request return" and follow the steps.
If you choose to return the item on your own, you will pay the carrier when you send the return.
If you are not a resident of Norway, please contact us at post@monikersport.no to create a return.

RETURNS AND RETURN COSTS

If you return an item using our returns service, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund. The cost of the return is 69,- NOK (199,- NOK for all international orders). If you choose to ship the item yourself, you pay the carrier when you ship the return.
