HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. We will then begin the process of packing your order. When your order is packed and ready for collection by our shipping partner, you will be notified with a shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking number. When your order is on its way or delivered to your nearest pickup location, you will be notified by the shipping carrier. If you have selected In-Store Pickup, you will receive an email/SMS when your order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS AND FEES

We ship from Norway. Orders delivered within Norway are duty free. For international orders, please note that local customs duties, fees and taxes may apply. All international orders placed with us are processed and shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days. All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).
