All international orders placed with us are processed and shipped via DHL, with delivery typically taking 2-5 business days. All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees and local taxes required by the destination country to release the shipment. These costs are not included in the total price at checkout and are not covered by Moniker. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they will be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these costs before placing your order, to avoid any surprises.

Refusal to Pay Customs Duty If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Moniker. Please note that in some cases the carrier may consider the package abandoned, resulting in it being destroyed. Accordingly, such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
